My first game was Crash Bandicoot 3, followed by Ace Combat 3, Driver 2, Final Fantasy VII, Resident Evil, Soviet Strike, Driver 1, Rayman 3, and Metal Gear Solid.

Wielding the first joystick without analog sticks with pixelated graphics, progressing to 2k with a mouse and keyboard.

My story of VrChat

I still remember the first time I tried VrChat.

It was a fresh day in October 2018, I had seen a video meme about this game on facebook.

Asking what game it was, once I got my answer, I started looking for it on steam.

Not even doing it on purpose, I noticed that I classified the game as "not for me", as I did not know it was also desktop friendly.

I then decided to give it a try, as I saw in the video, it looked like a huge world capable of holding onto a huge community.
At the first start, I said to myself: "I will definitely play it for two hours, no more and then I gonna to delete it".
The first day I played 12 hours.

Although I knew almost nothing of English, only the basic things, this limitation blocked me to make new acquaintances ... But this did not discourage me.

I remember that my first VrChat skin was that of Bugs Bunny, as well as one of a penguin.

The game at the time allowed you to have only 3 favorite avatars, so the selection had to be careful, and I chose to bring the rabbit for a while, where I slowly began to approach its internal world.
The more I played, the more hours I grinded, the more VrChat was wrapping me inside of it.
Soon, I started building a community, making friends, meeting new ones, and arguing with others.
I buy the VR only for VrChat, I commissioned skins to make my genre unique, I found people who loved me, who still want me, others who ran away, others who disappeared, others who just knew use me.

I ended up on youtube when, without know, a youtuber he had recorded me in a comedy video, where I was acting stupid but not harassing.
It was the top of my career on VrChat, especially after I found out he had half a million followers and a lot of people started adding me in game.

I laughed, I cried, I screamed, I met new people, I hated others, I found love, I found friends, I began to have a broader view of my world, I met other peoples, I asked their lifestyles, I have developed a culture, and now I have reached 5000 hours of play.

I waited a long time before writing this review, sure to find the right words, but the emotion that assails me sends my head in confusion.

I spent the best evenings in front of a bonfire with the sea in the background or inside a chalet in the mountains with snow

I spent my time with the best people in the world, and I would do it again 1000 more times!

VrChat is a way of life, VrChat is a magical world but ready to include only people worthy of living it, those who know how to fully enjoy the company and friendship of others.

VrChat was the game that completely changed my life, my point of view on peoples outside my country of birth, making me understand that we must not only stop in front of clichรฉs or prejudices, but know, deepen, showing you that the world does not it is that great monster that people describe to you, discrediting other peoples.

VrChat was able to help me in a period of immense sadness, where I now thought I was alone in the darkest moment of my story, but thanks to it I realized that it wasn't like that!

Get involved, laugh, joke, love, talk to others, argue with the idiot who comes to disturb you when maybe you are in a serious moment, live, be free to be what you want!

Thank you, thank you 5000 times, for now ... VrChat!
Review Showcase
I remember the first time I played Oblivion.
It was December 26th, 2006. I was thirteen, my soul hungry for wonder, my heart still unaware of the weight nostalgia can carry.
That day, my mother gave me a Christmas gift.
A simple disc. A green case for my old Xbox 360.
But it wasnโ€™t just a game.
It was the beginning of something.
It was Oblivion.

I installed it, turned on the console... and it was as if the real world disappeared.
I spent every hour of that day lost in Cyrodiil.
Snowy mountains, mysterious woods, ruins caught halfway between dream and nightmare.
I wasnโ€™t playing itโ€”I was living it.

And thenโ€ฆ so many runs. So many new characters, new choices, restarts just for the sheer joy of starting over.
I knew every trick, every shortcut, every glitch.
And without any guideโ€”when the internet was still a slow, rare whisperโ€”I achieved 100% completion.
It was my world.
It was home.

Every now and then, my mother would sit beside me.
Sheโ€™d watch the screen in silence.
She came from Donkey Kong 3, so to her, this was like glimpsing the future.
I still remember that one time... I handed her the controller, let her fight in the Arena.
She lost. She laughed.
She wasnโ€™t made for that world, but... she liked being there.
She liked seeing me in it.
It was my refuge.
It was our small bridge.

And now, 19 years later, I go back.
The world has changed. I have changed. Iโ€™m 31 now.
And sheโ€ฆ sheโ€™s no longer here.

And yet, playing the remaster feels like... like opening a window into the past.
The graphics are new, but the heart remains untouched.
Every tree, every sound, every line of dialogue speaks in a language only the soul remembers.
Itโ€™s the voice of childhood.
Itโ€™s the whisper of my mother laughing once more after losing that Arena fight.

Oblivion is not just a game.
Itโ€™s a time machine.
Itโ€™s a second chance to touch, even for a moment, what we thought was lost.

And as the sun rises over Cyrodiil, I remain there.
Fingers on the keyboard...
And a tear I cannot tellโ€”if itโ€™s sorrow or gratitude.
