Vanilla Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of cornstarch (or cornstarch mixture)
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
Instructions:

In a saucepan, mix cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla. Gradually add milk while stirring continuously until you get a smooth mixture.

Add the remaining milk and start cooking over medium heat. Continue stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and visibly becomes creamy. (This may take about 5-7 minutes.)

Once the pudding reaches the desired consistency, remove it from heat and pour it into serving bowls or cups.

Let the puddings cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least an hour until chilled.

Before serving, you can optionally sprinkle chocolate shavings, fruit slices, or nuts on top.
