It's an modern micro machines, runs great and plays very well.

Feels a little floaty on the handling but plays pretty good with all your favorate modes of micro machines included.

It is lacking in tracks but the tracks that are there are good with nearly every old micro machine type of course included except the great snooker table tracks.

This game is hard to review, I would give it a meh/10 if I could as its very strong in some areas and completly misses the mark in others.

Its a space combat game, so no rpg elements here which for me is a great thing. The fact that this works well with a xbox controler is also a strong plus.

Interesting combat, with lots of different missons and objectives. and the Damage model is awesome how you can get cracked displays and your guns become damaged.

Gameplay is like a solid 8/10 and well worth your time.

The negatives are the visuals, everything has this low resolution texture feel, with explosions looking particually poor which is contrasted with the amazing cockpit designs.

Also for some reason that I cant quite work out the story is told with these really wooden manga/visual novel style anime stills which look very out of place and really dont gel with the rest of the visual theme.

I picked this up in the summer sale for £3.59 and at that price its worth your time if you like things like starlancer or wing commander.

Its a little rough around the edges but the actual gameplay is solid. The dev's also kindly added a demo so because its a little rough I would try before you buy.

Considering I picked this up for about £3 in the xmas sale, this is one of the best third person shooters I have ever played.

The cover system is amazing and you never feel glued to objects, the visuals are fantastic and the gun play is solid.

If you see this on sale again buy it no question.

If it has a weakness it would be the overuse of Q.T.E. events and the lack of a final boss but for the price this goes on sale for its fantastic.

Pushcat is a match 3 game, with digdug elements.

You match gems to produce enough coins for you to progress, but its often not that simple due to the terrain and level design.

Well worth your time if you like match three games.

Early Access Review
This game plays out like a cross between a tower defence game, and an rts.

Gather resources & turtle. With side missions where you control your commander unit.

Certainly something you should pick up if you have a love for TD's

Honestly one of the wierdist shump's I have played, and that is saying something.

Its a cross between elite beat agents and galaga. It plays so much like a rhythm game though if you enter this expecting to blast everything in sight you might not like the pacing of the shooting.

Solid tutorial, solid gameplay.

Its lacking a little in content but it has plenty of replay value in the extra modes and difficulty settings.

Simply watching the preview video will give you a good idea if you would like the game, but for the price its a solid package.

A cross between snake and an rpg.

Very casual, but that works to its advantage as you can play in short bursts.

Choose a lead hero, pick up powerup and other heros which work like snake body pieces collect gems, and try to get as far as you can.

I've not played much of this yet, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the sonic parallels are crazy.

If you liked the old sonic's games on the megadrive you owe it to yourself to buy this game, as its arguably one of the best sonic games out. Even if it isn't officially a sonic game.

Solid third person RPG. Good story. Good fighting mechanics.

The ability to respec fairly often allows you to both be a warrior and mage depending on what equipment you find.

If you liked fable you should buy this game.

This is a new review based on the December patch:

The peformence is still horrible, but now that custom resolutions and some small settings can be changed the port is better.

However for the age of the game the system requirments are still far too high. Keep this in mind if you purchase the game.

For example I can run skyrim/Tomb Raider fine, but in this game i have 30 to 20 fps in most battles.

The game looks fantastic with a great theme and aethstetic. The game is based on the standard jrpg format of turn based battles.

The twist of this game is the fact that you really dont need to micro the battles, as their is a function called autobattle which then chooses how to attack or react accordingly.

You mostly change the stance or tactics of the party while battling. Attacking/Buff's/Debuffs/Heals are mostly controled through the stance system rather than microing each action.

You are introduced to each mechanic quite slowly, so it feels like the begining of the game is quite drawn out before you have access to the core gameplay. This does feel like you are railroaded a little with very few chances to have a meaningfull impact on the game for a very long time into the game.

This also is true of the leveling up system, as it is much more linier than something like FF10's sphere grid.

This could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how familiar you are with Jrpgs though.

The story is interesting but very complicated. You almost have to read the menus infodumps to have any idea what is going on for the first few hours. However the pacing is good and keeps things moving. It isnt shakespeare but I have heard much worse it's meh at best but it holds up enough to keep you progressing.

Overall it is a good game, not a great game but due to the lack of Jprgs the pc has it is still worth playing and is worth your time.
