I've been playing videogames for close to 20 years now.
All this game needed was 10 hours to hammer it's way through the ranks of my carefully selected and highly prized list of favourite games and land on a solid first (maaaaybe second) place. That takes a downright unspeakably amazing rollercoasterride of a game to accomplish that, but Tales From The Borderlands managed to do it with ease.
It even blew right past all The Witcher games - take a look at my profile and let that sink in.

Get this game if you're at all into storytelling in games. You don't even have to be a Borderlands fan. This story and these characters are sure to take you on an adventure you won't be forgetting for a loooong time.

I have a cat named Gortys now.

I was a bit sceptical about this game when I bought it because I never played the original Trine, but when I first started playing, I was nailed to the screen for hours! The first great thing that hit me was the graphics. Trine 2 is first and foremost an absolutely ASTONISHING game when it comes down to looking good. But as we all know, looks isn't the only thing that matters. Which brings us to the gameplay. Now, when you start the game, you get introduced to our main protagonists one at a time in three very short but fun tutorials and you get to know their skills and how you can use them in different kinds of puzzles (and combat for the Knight). And then your adventure starts. The puzzles are clever and fun to work your way through and the difficulty grows steadily and at a reasonable pace. So far I've only checked out the single player part of the game, but I look forward to trying out multiplayer!
Overall, I'd say Trine 2 is a well-polished fun-to-play game 8/10

Never have a puzzlegame been as scary as Amnesia: The Dark Descent. I don't think people would call it a puzzlegame, but that is basically what it is. Speed and strength matters not in the dark, twisted castle Brennenburg. Only your wits can save you in this place. Amnesia: The Dark Descent is a game that really gets your heartbeat going. If you're looking for continous nights without sleep, you should really try out this game.
