Game made me realize how much fun reloading a weapon is.

It's a sandbox shooting game, but it does it super well. Also has cool modding scene.

Despite the performance issues that I had when the game first released (generally stutters), game is very fun and has quite a bit of different builds you can pull off and fairly early in the game.

Was kinda skeptical at first, but this is a pretty fun idle game. Very good as a side game.

Coming from Crusader Kings 2, I can fairly say that this game is an improvement both in gameplay and performance.

This is a game where a priest can convert your car to a new religion.

It also works as an awesome instant paint job.

For a short game, 10/10

Cranking down all those AA and AO options to disabled allows me to have the game run 60 FPS on medium to high with some fiddling in the options.

I'm not kidding, this game is amazing. From the technical standpoint up to the gameplay, this is probably and arguably the best singleplayer RPG you can get in the current date. Especially on sale.

The performance/graphics ratio is superb, as the game runs great on my 400 euro PC which isn't that amazing AND looks great.
Gameplay is, of course, great. You will get your ass whooped like in Dark Souls, even when playing on normal difficulty, at least if you went the way I did (it involves "Melee only" and "lol who needs alchemy").

And it's probably the only RPG that made me think over about the story.

Despite the game getting flak simply because of lack of updates, or that updates are bad, this game has stood for 9 damn years with a community as large as new games get to have.

Probably the game that brought me to Steam. Surprisingly, at first I didn't "catch" onto the game. When I found out this game the second time, pretty much changed everything how I played.

Having said that, the game is the best team-based FPS shooter you can get for free. Sure, there is Overwatch and Paladins, both also good games that one I tried and the other I play occasionally. They follow TF2 in their own ways, but no game is anywhere close to this game.

Sure, balance on some things is off. You don't see Heavies and Pyros that much in comp games as they don't have that big of viability like a Soldier or Scout has, although they are not useless.

But of course, you are a new player (if you aren't, what are you doing here?). Like with every game and it's community, you will see the bad apples. This game is obviously no exception. Please don't get pushed away because of that, best way to go is just let the stupids continue while you should either mute (hit esc, and there should be a button to mute on the play game button, then just mute all), ignore or leave to a new server.

Unlike some other games which I played, paid or not, I can firmly recommend this game.

Edit: With Inferno Jungle, Pyro got fixed a bunch. Now Heavy is left with an update focused around him.
