I don't even know where to begin with this one. The bizarre cast, puzzly dungeons, plentiful content, chiptune music complete with humming, items galore--it's all great. Dandy Dungeon oozes character.

Blue Fire was a pleasant surprise. Combat is a little simple, but the overall exploration is enjoyable. Platforming is done well and the platform challenge "voids" are the star of this game for me.

I can't remember the last time I played a platformer with such tight and enjoyable speedrun targets. Level design is smart and contained on a single screen. Achievements unlock hats for max style.

This is the most fun I've had with a Metroidvania since Hollow Knight. Absolutely stunning art, beautiful music, and fun exploration. Combat lacks a little punch, but still quite fun and challenging.

Catching enemy attacks with your own shot puts a unique spin on this typically samey genre. It's not very difficult to clear, but getting 3-stars on each boss can be tricky. Overall very cute and fun.

Use your whole keyboard as the controller in keyg. It's a clever blend of puzzle-solving and dexterity checks across interesting levels. Hard mode for second playthrough. Get to know your keyboard.

Helltaker is a well-made, short (about 1 hour), and FREE indie gem. The art is nice and the humor made me laugh. Puzzles are fairly basic, but still satisfying enough to complete. Your harem awaits.

Tinertia is a real blast to play. The lack of a jump button makes it a unique and fluid experience. It might be a little difficult at first, but mastering the controls is satisfying. Cool bosses, too.

Indie GOTY 2019. This game is challenging, yet very forgiving. The art and level/puzzle design are top notch and really immerse the player in this strange world. I cannot recommend this game enough.
