Bad game

its about a person named Carl who has a family of 4, he has a son, a daughter, and a wife who move into the city where you are given the task of watching over a apartment building. You work for the government who controls people by a totalitarian government. they edict different types of laws that you make sure the people who live in your apartment follows
You can set up cameras to spy on them and make sure they are not doing anything illegal, also if you happen to catch them doing something illegal you can black mail them into giving you money and such. Also you can call the police on your residence and new ones will request to move in. Also they're many scandalous situations that occur which you can take a huge part in, also many risky missions that has a deadline in which you are rushed to try to make a right decision. OVERALL? The game is great for psychopaths who enjoy deceiving and manipulating people

Payday 2 is like buying a PC but only getting the Graphics card. This game is purely dlcs or its just not worth it. I spent nearly 40 bucks on dlcs plus buying the goty edition for 12 bucks. DLC money hungry, now the whole game is on sale with all dlcs for 15 bucks.
