Scratches the building itch of HOI4 while being similar to EU4. Awesome bridge between the two games.

Always online leads to incredibly long times to get into a heist, even when playing solo. The bottleneck is not PC specs or internet speed, but the game's servers.

Payday 2 is just way better, plus they should be done with DLC for it now. This game is likely to develop the same DLC problem.

I'll say it: it's better than Skyrim.

Fallout 4 was good but not great and we will not talk about Fallout 76, so I was worried about Starfield. I should not have been worried, this game is amazing. You like exploring? Enjoy more places to explore than any other Bethesda game. You like outpost building from Fallout 4? Enjoy more locations to do that than ever before with the ability to farm alien life! Do not like the outpost building from Fallout 4? It is actually 100% optional this time. The same goes for shipbuilding; it is a great experience, and it is completely optional! Radiant quests still exist but are much less annoying/prevalent. Faction quests actually involve some decisions and the player does not get handed ownership of every faction, like in Skyrim.

Just do yourself a favor and buy it. It's easily worth the extra $10 over standard video game price.

The Best Far Cry game. The best ending to any video game I have ever played.

They managed to fix the repetition of #4 while keeping the upgrades and hunting from #3. Villains are not as good as #3, but are the next best in the series. And let's be real; Montana is the best setting for a Far Cry game.

I bought this game expecting a nostalgia trip from one of my favorite childhood games, but I was pleasantly surprised when Destroy All Humans 2 held up on its own merits. This game is super fun because it is so light-hearted and does not take itself too seriously; regular fourth-wall breaks will keep the player laughing as they play while the Protagonist and characters say even more things to keep the player laughing. The player need not have played the first game to understand this one, although the first game is constantly referenced. There is some political stuff in this game, but since it is so outdated it mostly also just serves as comedy. I am so happy that this game was even better than I remembered and that it is just just a nostalgia trip :)

Arkvoodle bless Cryptosporidium and Orthopox 13!

Years later and this game is still unplayable because of the bugs. If you like waiting a substantial amount of time after the match starts and you land to be able to play then you should buy this game. I don't understand how it has been years and I still cannot control my character or enter buildings until the game has had a substantial amount of time to load after the match has started and loaded me in!

It's halo, but on PC! and now CE is here, so I've added a few points

Truly a masterpiece of a series, but there are some downsides to the PC version:
1) The audio is mega-f*cked; the audio just randomly gets really loud and distorted frequently (this happens regardless of background tasks or muli vs single player, and it's even in the cutscenes!)
2) The achievements don't unlock properly; I've performed the task required to unlock the Now Just You Gúta Minute and the Two Corpses In One Grave achievements MULTIPLE times and they just won't unlock (it could be an issue with steam or with the MCC, idk who is to blame). This bug was not fixed in the last update, and it's also in CE, not just Reach
3) The map rotation is garbage. If you like Hang 'em High then you'll be happy, if you don't then you'll be disappointed.
4) 60 fps just makes the enemies stronger, so expect a bit more of a challenge in this version than what you may remember from the Xbox version
5) It makes you use Xbox live for friends and lobbies which sucks b/c their system is garbage and has worked exactly 0 of the times I've tried to use it (it is pretty easy to workaround this with steam though).
6) In CE you cannot swap weapons. You can switch between the two that you already have, but the switch weapon button 100% does nothing. You'll get a prompt to "hold 'E' to pickup [weapon]" but no matter what one does the weapon will never be picked up. (this also makes the campaign incredibly harder)
7) In CE zooming is really bugged, sometimes you don't zoom at all, sometimes it's just for a second, sometimes it works fine, and sometimes you have to hold to zoom instead of toggle. If you have a gun with 2 zoom settings on it you should avoid the right mouse button like the plague. Also, this applies to trying to unscope as well.

The Pros:
1) The FOV slider in Halo is amazing. I don't know how I played through the games on Xbox without it now that I have access to it.
2) 60 fps may make the enemies stronger in campaign, but boy is it nice to have in multiplayer.
3) I've now dumped just shy of 90 hours into this game, and it only has Reach rn... MCC a great bang-for-your-buck, especially once the rest of the games are released on PC. [this one was before CE came out]
4) If you just want one game then you can just get one game, so that's pretty nice I guess, but idk why you wouldn't want all the games.
5) It's Halo. I missed Halo a lot and I'm so glad to finally have it back!

Just get EU4, it's what this game would be like if paradox took the time to turn this into a half-decent Grand Strategy game.
CK3 is not trash either if you are set on this time period.
