I really like this game, but it's incredibly annoying having to wait for 2+ hours for a queue to finally pop and let me in. I then play one game then crash as it's about to end resulting in me having to wait for another 2+ hour queue.

Issues like these result in players leaving.

There are a lot of negative reviews that aren't realistic.

There are however undeniable bugs that will likely be fixed. Triple A studios scrape on by with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ games every single year that are ridden with bugs and the majority of the public pay no mind. Honestly, be real, what game doesn't have game breaking bugs on release...and thereafter. This game is good, it has extremely high aspirations and will hopefully only get better in time. I am not a fan of the current status of the game, especially as it was delayed multiple times but it definitely does not deserve a negative review. The game is unlike any other right now, CDPR have set the new bar of what many will come to expect from other developers moving forward.

CDPR was however rushed and pushed by shareholders and the community over the last year and likely these past few months with the "due date" approaching. It is the communities fault for pushing the developer to rush when they themselves wanted to delay the game even further, and honestly the people who live above the bridge would completely understand.

I feel bad for console players as this game was clearly not intended for the last generation despite being first announced for it.. CDPR should have redacted their statement or at least considered not releasing the game on PS4 and the Xbox One. In the last months of development, CDPR even admitted the game being delayed was because of the older generation of consoles struggling to run the game.

Steam does not account for the countless hours I have on this game in total. This is probably by far the best game I've played in an extremely long time.

Active developer, cares about their community. Endless exploration, amazing solo and co-op gameplay. Challenging, but also fair. Rare did an amazing job with this game and I look forward to putting thousands of hours into it.

This is a good, challenging shooter. If you're not used to this type of shooter, the gun mechanics may be a challenge for some.


Every game I've played so far I've had an amazing, hilarious team. The community is very strong and is feels very welcoming.During the halftime switch over in between rounds there is friendly banter going on, friendly insults, sarcasm, etc. Team chat can be very serious while at the same time hilarious.

My initial reaction - This game is absolutely gorgeous. I love the grunge aesthetic and atmosphere
First 20 minutes - Wow, what the ♥♥♥♥ is going on? Why is the hunter so strong?
First hour - Wow, this is probably the best game I've played in a long time.

This game is literally kick-ass. I DEFINITELY do not regret my purchase. This game is exhilarating, fast-paced, and action packed. For the people who were turned away by dead by daylight because of the mechanics or slow-paced nature of the game - this game is the answer.

The only thing that I could consider a con about the game is the severe lack of cosmetic items to customize my character(s). To have the ability to purchase cosmetic items for each character using one of the three currencies would constitute a permanent spot in my favorites tab.
