Early Access Review
I have been playing since the early access release back in October, and the game is in very good shape now. There has been a steady stream of updates that have fixed a lot of bugs and introduced seasonal content into the game complete with cosmetics you can earn from playing and progressing on your favorite characters. There are servers for US, EU, and Asia, all of which are alive and well from what I have played so far. Queue times are a bit long if you are playing solo, but usually I can find a game in under 3 minutes on every difficulty no matter which role I am playing. I would describe the gameplay as a party-based dungeon runner with some subtle variations each time you visit the maps, similar to how certain things can change each time you play a campaign in the game Left 4 Dead. There are lots of unique weapons and relics to customize and slot into your ability bar, so the leaderboards feature a variety of viable playstyles and strategies.

Classic ARPG that is challenging, fun, and has had an active online community for many years. There are a lot of places to explore, weird horrific bosses to fight, and tons of cool loot. Save your humanity and don't you dare go hollow.

I'm having fun so far. The starting areas are nice and decorative and the game runs pretty smooth. Single-player and online co-op and you can toggle friendly-fire. It's a polished game with lots of settings and as the store page suggests it allows you to run a shop or just run around and do whatever you want in the open-world setting. There's quests, story, and cartoonish violence. Night time is dangerous. Craft a sleeping bag or bed to skip it!

I think the intro screens could have been better, but I'm enjoying this game. This title has a compilation of different Tetris games that have come out over the years. It's a relatively small collection and a bit difficult for me to recommend it at full price, but there's some novel titles in here that I never had a chance to play such as Tetris Gaiden. It opens as a sort of documentary but once you get past the title screen you can press tab to select a game from the list and play right away. I think it's best with a gamepad, as each version of these Tetris games has its own keyboard controls that are widely different from one another. The keyboard controls feel "sticky," even in the new Tetris Warp game at the very end of the list. It will probably end up on the proverbial shelf of my Steam library before long, but I imagine it's a title that might be fun for something like family get-togethers. You can play with up to 4 people locally for some games.

I'm really enjoying this game a lot more than I expected. The visual style of the game is full of charm, and it's a blast with friends. Tons of cool spots to fish as well as lots of things to unlock.

My hours on record are low here on Steam because I tried to link my Steam account with my Albion Online account and it bugged out. I've wasted around 350 hours on this game between my main character and my alts. It's a pay-to-win full-loot MMO, but even with the premium the loot is bad, the grind is tedious and boring, and the pvp is extremely sweaty. There's 3-4 meta builds and everything else is bad, regardless if you're trying to do PvE or PvP. The game also constantly puts all of your abilities on arbitrary 15-20 second cooldowns for doing literally anything. Opening chests in hotly contested PvP zones also takes an obnoxiously long time, requiring you to stand in one place and fill up a progress bar two times that gets reset by taking any damage.

There's no such thing as a fair fight in this game because all players - regardless of combat strength - have to fight over the same resources in game. Players can also directly influence the loot that you find in the world with the game's Black Market system, which is why the loot sucks so much even in the high risk high reward areas.

97% of the players on the North America server don't speak English, and the average ping is 120ms - 200ms because the server is located in Washington D.C. The matchmaking systems built into the game are archaic and completely dead because of the the game's factions: if you want to play with someone in another faction in the game, one of you have to abandon your levels and reputation with your faction completely just so you can both wear the same flag. Healers can't heal party members if players in the party are wearing different faction flags.

There's a considerable amount of bots and cheaters of course, so joining a guild is pretty much the only way to give yourself a fighting chance in this game. Unfortunately, joining a guild in Albion Online also "requires" you to join their stinky Discord servers 9/10 times. When you join a guild, all of the in-game currency you collect gets taxed by whatever rate the guild owner sets (anywhere from 0% - 100%).

Overall one of the most annoying and boring MMO's I've ever played with very little content to experience. But hey, at least they have a cash shop where you can buy some hideous cosmetics for $100.00+ USD.

EDIT: I also just found out Sandbox Interactive automatically signed me up for the monthly subscription service after I purchased a starter pack from the store. I just wanted the starter park, not a recurring monthly subscription. BUYER BEWARE

Why are the cleric / paladin-type classes always DLC in these kinds of games...
Still a great game without it.

This game is a bit clunky on modern setups but it's quite a gem. It's a simple fantasy party-based dungeon crawler with some modest customization options. I don't know if the multiplayer is still running, but if you plug in an email and a postal code into the in-game prompt you might be able to log in? The controls are a bit disorienting at times, and changing spells requires manually clicking on the UI or making your own hotkeys to switch between them. You can pause the game with space bar and queue up a few orders, but for the most part the combat feels fairly paced in real time. The AI isn't spectacular, and sometimes you might need to give the party an order to get your team to move / fight properly again. It's a fun game.

Rock and stone!

This is a neat spin-off of Deep Rock Galactic. It's a game about danger, darkness, and Dwarves where you control a Dwarven survivor that has various mining objectives. There are swarms of giant alien insects that impede your mining prospects at every turn. Thankfully, the mining company you work for provides you the right tools to help you get the job done. Like other survivor genre games, difficulty increases with each passing second. You'll need to upgrade your Dwarf just to make it back alive to the space rig, where you spend the precious minerals you collect in your runs on everything a growing Dwarf needs. Something special about DRG: Survivor compared to other games in the genre is that your survivor can tear up the level terrain and carve out strategic pathways through the levels to get as many minerals as you like. Just try not to get too greedy, or you'll join your fallen coworkers in short order.

Roguelite with lots of characters and retro aesthetic. It's optimized well and runs great even with hordes of enemies on the screen. Runs are approximately 30 mins each. You can scale the difficulty up quite high.
