元旦假期临近，各位市民非必要不出市，不前往中高风险区和有本土病例报告的县（市、区），倡导就地过节。如确须出行，要履行请假手续，返回前要做好旅居史和接触史排查，核验健康码、行程码，持48小时核酸检测阴性证明。省外返回还应按规定进行落地检，并在返回后落实三天两检要求。
