How it all works:

You contact us via mail and tell us who you are(team/guild/clan or personal) and what you need(webspace/mail/storage/gameserver/voip). Try and put as much info as you can in your first mail.
After a few days our support will contact you for further info. When everything is sorted out your "order" will be sent to an administrator who will setup everything and when its all done they will contact you again so you know its all up and running.

FAQ:

Is it really free of charge? :: Yes it is.

Is my account forever? :: No, each account/service is 6 months. After 6 months we will contact you to see if you would like to keep the service we supplied.

Did you even get my mail? I have been waiting forever for a response. :: Yes we got your mail, due to limited staff and alot of mails it will take a few days before we get to you.
Note: If you waited over 4 weeks for a response please send another we might have missed it.

You guys got unlimited hosting? :: Not really. when our servers are full we will let you know. We will notify you when a spot is open.

How do you afford this if you dont charge? Hardware and staff cost alot of money :: We got partners who help us out with that. And we got plenty of people in the community to help us out.

We have reached a breach point in our server capacity so on the 1st of October we will close down our Sponsor part until 1st of January 2014.
During those 3 months we will look over our server structure and data center partners to ensure the quality of the services we provide to you. And hopefully make them bigger and better.

We will process all applications that comes in before the 1st of October

And dont worry if you have a service or sponsor deal with us, nothing will change, it will work as usual, this only means we wont take in any new users/teams/guilds.

And for this to go smooth we will take in a couple of new and old people to help our team in the process.

So lets introduce them.
