You seem to be confused. On the one hand, you don't want any kind of filtering whatsoever and on the other, you're complaining about the low effort games on the store. I'm not convinced you actually have the capacity to know what you really want.
Ye, I like this one. A toggle would be great! But also, I fully support to be really chill with AI. I think we should literally encourage people to not play with it. But I'm also not for telling people what they're allowed to do more than nessesary. But ye, AI is really shady, and might even be the exeption.

Let me ask all of you anti-AI people a question. No actually, I'd like to ask you a question from a future perspective, let's say in a year or two or three. When GTA VI is released and you've finished your playthrough, I'd like to ask you: "Where were you when GTA VI released? Were you boycotting the release due to Rockstar's use of AI in game development, or did you conveniently ignore those principles and play the game?" The same goes for Bethesda, Ubisoft, EA, Infinity Ward, and others.
CD Project Red already used neural networks in the development of Phantom Liberty. If Cyberpunk 2077 already interested you, did you buy and play this DLC, or have you boycotted it because of CDPR's acceptance of AI? In this case it was consensual AI voicework, but CDPR is already looking into other forms of AI usage, as revealed in a Reuters interview. Across the pond, Neil Druckmann has said that Naughty Dog will embrace AI technology. Are you going to boycott TLOU2 when it comes to Steam because of Naughty Dog's stance on AI? Or how about their future games?
The answer, I expect, is no, because the majority of the anti-AI mob isn't true to their principles. They just wanted to hop on the bandwagon. Chances are, you don't have a dog in this fight and you want to be one of the "good guys" in this situation. People won't abandon their beloved AAA franchises because of AI. Whether or not you like the technology, it's already becoming the new normal. Now if you are one of the people who would legitimately avoid games utilising neural networks, that's fair enough, at least you have a firm stance on the matter. But unless you stick to indie games that are verifiably fully handcrafted (although it's becoming more difficult to tell by the day) your choice of new games will gradually be limited.
Side note: It's a hassle to quote you tidily because the rabbit in your name screws with the text positioning in the reply box. Probably not an issue to you, but just letting you know.
Just because you're a small developer it doesn't make you entitled to use other people's work, it is still theft.
And enough of this "It learns like humans" nonsense, say it a thousand times, it won't become true.
Don't want to support developers like that.
Not asking for much, but I would at least like to be able to hide games that are using AI-generated content for myself.
Please add a filter like you did for adult games.
What do you think about artists who overtly capitalise on copyrighted characters by selling their services to draw such characters without receiving any consent from the creator?
At this point, I just want to be able to at least filter what I see on a store page so I can make more informed decisions about my purchases.
