It's all my fault, everyone. Blame me.
Just kidding of course. Kernel 4.11??? Mesa 17?? That's jus' cray cray!!! Nice work!
- Is amdgpu-pro completely gone now, or is it still available for switching to in /etc/init.d/update-graphics?
- If so, what version?
(I only ask since Mad Max using Vulkan requires Mesa 17.1-dev or AMDGPU-PRO 16.50 or 17.10.

I believe AMDGPU-PRO no longer builds with the new kernel headers. We do plan to move quickly to get improved AMD Vulkan support into SteamOS.
Also you will need to be in the Steam Client BETA for AMD Vulkan support to work - I forgot to mention that in the release notes.
Q2: You refrain from Mesa/RADV in the future when AMD will be open-source (not to be confused with the free Mesa) &
Q3: What was left of Debian ? Can some clear the list is not very familiar with Linux the person that makes the Valve in its OS ?
Thx.
P.S. Release cool. Often like that.
