What is it?
A community discussion & thought group, a place to ask questions, a place to raise issues, a place to get thoughts and opinions from other steam users.

The idea behind the Steam Think Tank
Within the steam community there exists a great number of intelligent and articulate individuals with knowledge and expertise over a vast range of different subject areas. Through collaboration and discussion we are able to advance our thinking and explore new ideas. Discussions on steam currently take place either via Activity Feeds (in which case they can be quickly replaced with newer activity and missed) or in a forum (in which case they are open to the public, where there is no control over who can participate and in what way). The idea behind this group was to provide a better way for users to make intelligent conversation and discuss their thoughts.

What can we discuss?
While the most common area of knowledge within the group will be gaming related, you are not restricted to posting exclusively on gaming related subjects. You can discuss anything on any subject.

The Rules
We ask that you are considerate and respectful in all discussions even if you disagree with whats being said. Discrimination based on race, religion, sex or sexual orientation will not be tolerated. Hateful or immature behavior within the group will also result in a warning and subsequent removal.
