Behold, great Leader! Your time has come to lead your people to a new era of glory in the first Robosane hosted Civilization 5 Pitboss tournament! Here are some details, including the official time:
The Pitboss server will be online Monday, 1/19/14 at 1:00 PM EST
Join us then and hop on the teamspeak, we'll be in the Civilization channel.

How to connect to the Pitboss game: Multiplayer -> Pitboss -> Internet. This is a private game, so it will not show up on the list. Type the IP civ.robosane.net and press enter into connect to IP address. You should be put into the lobby.
Note: Before you enter the game go to options -> multiplayer settings and enable Pitboss turn notifications so the game can run as fast as possible.

There will be 12 player slots, and since we have already had 8 not including me sign up we might fill all of the slots. You will be able to join in at any time, but come at 1:00 unless you want to take the place of a scrub AI >:
Config: Quick movement/fighting, No DLC (I'd love to have DLC but to include everyone we need to run it without DLC) Closest map type to random; domination only. There will be a turn timer; it is set to 7 days as of now so the game will do a new turn after every weekend for those who cannot play during the week (although the game should go much faster assuming everyone should be finishing their turns, the timer time is still up for debate btw)

Teams can be made in the 1:00 pre-game in the lobby, and cannot be made after this point. I will not regulate how players team with each other, so team with whoever you want and those who you think will help you achieve victory!
