The five player civ game will happen. Eventually. However, we need to get some things in order before it can happen. Namely:

Artemis needs to:
- Stabilise his internet
  and either
1. Mentally prepare himself for hours of strategic view
  or
2. Get a good graphics card
Hudhayfa needs to:
- Stop over-self-isolating
- Get his PC audio working again (optional)*
  *Ralph was able to fix his, so everyone can use steam chat. Except Hudhayfa.
Ralph needs to:
1. Fix his fucking audio rig
  or
2. Get WhatsApp
Stavros needs to:
- Free himself from the oppression of his overseers
- Stop revising
I need to:
- Not lose my mind
  sane - ☒☐☐☐☐ - insane

Also, we all need to settle on a date, time, duration, game setup, map type, etc..

This mod makes it so that units that don't use movement points in a turn don't consume strategic resources that turn.

Examples of when this is useful:

You want to use tanks, but have no oil sources? You can buy oil from another civ, and use it only when you need it, making inter-civ relations more intricate and important
You have an enormous airforce, but not enough aluminium sources to upkeep it? Keep your planes in hangers for a few turns to let your stockpile build up, so you can have the whole lot in the air for a while. This means that improving the stockpile is more worth your time
You want to have a standing army to deter attacks, but can't find anywhere with low enough loyalty pressure to settle and get your resources? Just buy enough of the resource to produce the units, then fortify and forget

I personally believe that this mod can only benefit our games - please download it at your earliest convenience.
