If you were - busted, if you weren't then it is unlikely as a private site you will get any redress as it would cost too much to get them to prove they are wrong even if they are.
Private companies can act in any way they want within reason, up to and including breaking the law and it is down to you to challenge them if you want to sink the time and money into it.
It is like when people are banned from forums or games - they behave like they are public institutions that they have a right to access.
No, they are private and if they don't want to have your custom they can ban you, they have no public duty to allow you on their site or in their game.
For no reason or the wrong reason.
Bluff and bluster.
The simple fact is that - most - people who are having their accounts banned are trading the keys.
If you aren't then it is valid to appeal.
Argue against it, please, when they admit they are trading the keys.
Fine if there is a one warning, that might stop them, but after that if they are banned they are trading something - potentially for profit - that they aren't supposed to be doing.
And in turn will affect Humble Bundle massively as if there is no way to stop it as it will make them do something else. Not that that is much of a threat with the quality of the last couple of years.
It is the double yellow line analogy - double yellow line - no parking AT ANY TIME other than for an emergency. No parking - ever, no matter what reason other than if you have absolutely no choice.

No, I was:
* Getting a paper/pint of milk/packet of cigarettes
* Picking up a takeway
* using a cash machine
* returning a DVD
it's so unfair, I am outraged and will do everything in my power to get the ticket cancelled!
If you would be affected by this full ban would you rest in piece?
Did they stole you over 100 usd of already paid games and not returned the money back?
Btw if they reactivate the accounts of users they only can profit cause people would buy again else they simply go to other shops.

You do something you shouldn't at least accept it when you get caught, and don't go around bleating that you got caught.

Argue against that, which I am sure you will just as every prison on the planet is full of convicted criminals that didn't do it.
Moral of this story - find out what the rules and regulations are, make a decision if you want to abide by them, accept it if you don't and get caught.
And btw it was a warning for barter users and you are also profiting from this.
Of course you don't trade any games anywhere and never traded, i understand.
And what is this bullshit you start with criminals, are you comparing people who trade with their own money paid games as criminals? Are you crazy somehow?

They tell you; Selling or trading keys is strictly prohibited.
If this is legal or not in your country doesn´t really matter.
Humble choice provides a lot of good games for a very low price (12$-18$ i think)
How does this good offer work?
They need publishers and devs who cooperate with them and put their good games
in a Humble bundle. This is a win/win for both sides (charity and money for devs)
But if resellers/traders with multiple accounts flood the greymarket with keys and trade for profit
this wont work anymore because price of the bundled games drops and devs wont do this again with their next game, because they have no control over the grey market.
So only three things can happen. Price of bundles rises or quality of bundled games drops.
Or third: we will receive less choice bundles per year or offer is totally cancelled.
So why can´t you guys just be happy with those fine games each for a buck or two and have fun
with it? If Humble quits bundeling you have to wait for your games to come in one of those bad steam sales for a bad price, never as cheap as humble can offer it to you.
So please stop reselling and trading for profit and we will all get great games for
great prices in the future!
Humble is a great company and i got a lot of games from them for a good price, which i would
not have bought on steam sale for a lot more....
just my few cents......
Already discussed with HB in almost 10 mails, only standard answer comes, no explanation. I even wanted to gift them my year sub of choice games (they took it either way btw :-)) only to have the chance to buy bundles again and get my music and books back, but no chance.

& also threaten them with your public affairs office. 'cause if they have done it to me, I would make sure that HB is banned 1st in my country & then in the rest of the EU. 😎
Is there any solution to this situation?
That's what i asked already, but i guess the only solution is other PP account or you can try to discuss with HB to unlock your account.
If not, you can get another credit card & use it on HB.
Or make another Paypal...
