What is lequeshop.ru?

I came upon this bundle[barter.vg] and I'm not sure if it's a real bundle or just a store listing? I'm also wondering about the provenance of the keys sold. Are they stolen keys or some sort of legitimate keys?

The bundle lists a few hundred games in my wishlist so I'm wondering if I could somehow use it to buy them, especially the ones that have been given away for free, for which I'm reluctant to trade anything but gems. Since it seems way too good to be true I assume that it is. I'm just curious where they are getting keys to be resold at such low prices.

Keys can be from bundles, from the developers, botted from giveaways, or stolen in some fashion.
There are numerous mini-stores mostly operated by individuals, many of which have direct contact with developers.

https://steamground.com/en/wholesale offers bulk sale with Paypal payments, from what I know.
I don't know how often Steamground group buys (like https://groupbundl.es/store/17 ) happen.
Steamground does have a much lower quantity of games than all those individual stores.

Also, do note that a lot of the games in the Lequeshop listing are in the 'no longer available' section (because they sold out or all the keys were revoked or were removed from sale for some other reason).
