How To Contact Staff Quickly and Efficiently

If you need a moderator or an admin to help you out, follow these steps in the given order.

• Type /staff and see if staff is online. If there's staff online, type your question and include the staff member's name, e.g. "Terion, can you place lava for me?" or even better, whisper them using /w.
  An always up to date list of staff members can be found on the homepage[yamahi.eu]. Also keep to the delegation chain, ask mods first, then admins. Also, many staff members will ignore you if you simply just type our name but no question behind it, so instead of waiting for a "Yes?" you should state your issue directly.
  
• If there's nobody currently online ingame, staff members are often around on Discord, so your next best bet is to join the Discord (Chat) by yourself. Click here[s.yamahi.eu], choose #support and state your problems there, we will help you as soon as we're available. This may take a while, so be patient and keep the Discord tab open in your browser - you WILL get an answer sooner or later.
  
• If you want to contact specific staff directly whose not online at the moment, you can also write them an /msg and you'll get an answer once they come online.
  
• If none of the above did it for you, try to stay on Discord for a while and especially state your problem in #support, sooner or later a staff member will come online.
  
• Keep in mind, that we can only give support in Discord & ingame Chat, so don't post questions on the Steam group or Serverlist entries from our server. We try to reserve those for discussions about the game, updates, and experiences.
