5. If you find someone breaking the rules of the group, report the person to Steam then report to me please.
6. Any new people who are in the OSIBA must chat with me to avoid Lithuania trying to get into the group and spamming ♥♥♥♥ which shouldn't be a problem since I can perma-ban all of his accounts...
