The Pact of Imp Valley was originally founded April 3, 2014 under the name: Tunnel Snake Union Pact, but has recently, as of 1/10/17 been changed to the Imp Valley Union Pact, or Imp Valley for short.

Imp Valley Union Pact is composed of the Ogdoad, or the Ogdoad Council.
In this council, 8 members are elected to lead 8 sections of the continuous landmass known as Imp Valley. Simply, the rank of power runs as:

Impurite Commons(512 Members)

The people decide after 8 years if they want a re-election. If not, another 8 years are re-instated to the current Council. If decided to change, the people elect local members to Impurite Commons, who are then chosen by the Themilian Assembly to replace themselves. The Velos Tribunal makes room for the arriving candidates after being chosen directly by the Ogdoad Council. Ogdoad Council electorates must be agreed by the Impurite Common majority. If not agreed upon, the process must continue through means of nationwide ballots, which ultimately reflect the opinion of the decision.

The outed Ogdoad Council then leaves council, into civilian life where they must regain political power as they started from the ground up.
