Another ark guy here, just curious about the server

server has been down for 24hrs wondering if its going to go back up?

What happened to the Ark server? Why you leave us all high and dry? I hope things are alright.

If someone attacks a base with any siege weapon, that doesn't have a banner. It's breaking the rules. Which admin said using a ballistas isn't consider as a sieging?

So to my understanding of this the issue is completely obliterating someones base not what tools you use to do it, but by definition of removing someones hard work completely.

So ultimately i'm wondering if my brother and I will be unbanned. Because the way i see it, there was an instant ban, without warning, for something that could have been stopped with words. Especially when the rules are unclear. Otherwise i honestly feel the need to inform others about the amount of time i wasted on a server with a abusive admin that punishes people on a personal level.

To start this off, I was instantly banned without any kind of warning for starting to treb (nothing was destroyed). The base was extremely tall and a banner ontop couldn't possibly be seen. Not only that but this is the base of enemies who sieged my base with a ballista. When confronting the admin he said "ballistas arent considered sieging" even though there is no clear definition stating that a ballista is not. Nor is there clear rules saying that trebs are not.

Since to my understanding a sieging tool from the SIEGE WORKS was used to get into my base, that rules was about the damage done to a base, not what weapon was used to do so. (trebbing a base to get inside and destroying 7-10 blocks is EASILY replacable)
