The 5th Ranger Battalion is a Milsim clan, which has set itself the goal to become one of the most professional and active community within Arma 3. We pride ourselves on not only in providing a authentic battle experience but
also in guidance, training and our discipline during our operations. We aim to be a highly disciplined clan, however this should not interfere with us having fun.

If a member shows a high degree of loyalty and maturity and activity, as well as a understanding of leadership skills, you should apply for a promotion to an NCO rank. From here you will gain responsibility for maintaining other members of the clan. Upon being promoted to NCO rank you will begin to be further taught your role in a more advanced format. If you continue to show that you posses leadership skills and are growing at a respectable rate you will be potentially given a higher NCO position and possibly a CO role.
