i cant get my game to start as it is saying that it has failed to initialize direct 3d and initializeenginegraphics failed. can anyone help me or tell me how to fix this?

ugh, even with the fix, i can go into option menu but the exclusiive full screen was already unchecked .... failed to initialized direct 3d with the current setting is still the problem ... shrugs.

I just bought Tomb Rider, and i have the same problem, failed "Failed to Initialize Direct3D with current settings" . I did uncheck exclusive full screen and unchecked tessellation"in
the "advance" tab.
NOTHING CHANGED. i get same message "Failed to Initialize Direct3D with current settings" ... I started to regret that i purchased this game. Please give me solutions to solve this

I am getting a bug that says "Failed to initialize Direct3D" and the game crashes immediately upon launch when that error code pops. None of the solutions mentioned online solve this for me. Any help
