If that doesn't fix your problem you have a deeper problem in your OS.

I got Failed to initialize Direct3D with current setting problem and uncheck "Exclusive fullscreen" and tessellation"in the "advance" tab is not working as well

I've been forced to run in DX9 otherwise get "Failed to initialize Direct3D..error". This new driver is giving me graphic anomalies and tearing.
