Dwarfs or halflings if you're urban, distant Beastmen if you're rural. If you're seeing undead regularly then you yourself are probably not long for the world.

They hate each other, the Cult of Slaanesh is illegal but too popular to effectively stamp out.

I highly doubt Malekith does not know this part and I'm confused at how does he even think that he would be worthy of Phoenix king if he's literally tainted by his actions (willing unwilling does it matter?) with his.. mother.
Or does HE and HE deity not care about such matters?

He has no idea his mother is behind the Cult, otherwise he'd have killed her by now.

I've been playing Space Marine 2 recently and a few things I noticed:
- I don't recall if ALL Cadians have lavender eyes or only some. In SM2 you see one character with lavender eyes

All Cadians *born on Cadia*. Post-exodus it's become less common because they're not under the radiation of the Eye (and also the Eye doesn't exist anymore so I don't even know if it would still do that anyway)

They don't, generally Guard tithe worlds and Astartes recruiting worlds are mutually exclusive, barring certain lynchpin hive worlds like Necromunda or Terra (both of which are Imperial Fist recruitment worlds in addition to having regiments).
