If I am not mistaken there is some shilling reward for weeklies in VT2 (I have not played for a very long time, could be misinterpreting).

We can speculate whey FT did not do it here (or yet). But as much as I recall, the rewards there so meager in VT2, that you should still have to buy in-game currency to purchase skins.

There is no "in game currency" in Vermintide 2 that compares to Aguilas in Darktide. There are shillings that allow you to purchase some cosmetics, just like you can use Ordo Dockets in Darktide to buy cosmetics at the Commissary.

Shillings in Vermintide 2 are not a premium currency, because you can't buy them with real money. All premium cosmetics in Vermintide 2 are purchased with real money and not shillings. There is no premium currency in Vermintide 2 you are using your Steam wallet and real money.

Also, shillings were introduced after many years to replace the "hope" system.
Aka, once you won a mission you got a type of chest (depending on the difficulty of the mission) with a quality (depending on how well you did, like how many tomes, grimms your team collected, how many of you were alive at the end, etc) and all the cosmetics were only available in those chests with a very very low chance <1%.
I had maybe half the skins after 1k+ hours, so the shilling system was implemented so people could buy the actual ingame skins (aka the skin store we have in DT, NOT the premium)

I have an Laptop that isn't very good i only use it when im on vacation and bored. i wanted to play cs2 i get 20-30 fps but that fine for me. it worked for an hour and then the player and gun models were stretching around the map. Is there any fix or is my laptop just not good enough and this is normal?

If the game presented Ramza as divine, that would be one thing, but that's not what the game offers. You seem to be trying to now sidestep and pretend like this game is actually Narnia, when it's not.
