I solved the Goldenhills issue, as far as you can say that, while also having the unofficial patch for Goldenhills active. After talking to Rin, the script should set stage 300, but instead sets stage 201, and doesn't continue to stage 300. By setting stage 300 in the console (setstage ccvsvsse004_mainquest 300) the quest continues and completes. The statements to enable Rin's parents are commented out and they don't appear. I have never had this before and also don't understand why the unofficial patch doesn't correct this. I will have to check later. Now I can test the "Travelling Merchant".

You have to remember that a 4090M or the mobile version of the card is closer to a 3080/4070. Generally speaking they are cut down by at least 30% performance wise.
