Having developed some games myself, I know how much time it takes to edit these historic games. So, taking into account the hours of work, 10 hours a day for a month, $10 an hour, is $3,000. So, let's say this game, which is indie and also of extremely niche interest, sold 100 copies. 80 x 100 = €8,000, or €6,000 net ? That's roughly two months of paid work.

Not trying to criticise your opinion but what is so captivating about it for you? or do you just mean the overall setting really?

To me it's a very typical story we've seen many times.. you are the special person destined to kill the bad person so the bad person wants to kill you before you can kill them so you have to kill them like you're destined to.

That's fine but I don't think it's anything above average so far.

i think i found the problem, game would not get past the first loading screen while having my dualshock 4 controller plugged in. unplugged it, game starts normally without crash, plugged the controller back in, also works normally, i needed no mods
