Hi, i played a bit, completed the missions, but didnt tested too much stuff, here are my thoughts and a few bugs:

pause menu:
I think it should be redone like other games, meaning there should be 1 main screen, with multiple options like : settings, resume game, quit to main menu, quit game etc. And not what you currently have: the 2 options on top.

graphics settings:
Set the default "render scaling" to 100%, i already saw a comment about how the game looks blurry, and you recommended turning off bloom, while the render is at 50% default, making the game look horrible, and some players dont know why.

audio:
A bit repetitive music, i guess there will be more, but more importantly, when you start the game, everything is silent, something should welcome the player, and also some button sound effects would be nice - ingame already has these on the computers.
Ingame combat music: i didnt like it, and felt totally out of place, but i guess its personal preference.


INGAME:

upgrades menu:
-name of the computer "edit drone layout": it has upgrades and vehicle too, it should be named different, or move these to other areas of the base (but i think there are already too much computers that you have to walk between)
-like the look of the computer menus, but the upgrade menu is a bit too wide and hard to navigate, the design should be reworked for something thats easier, my best example would be Pacific Drive (im not saying to copy that, i am saying it had a lot of upgrades, it was overwhelming at first, but they made it into sections so it was not a huge list in one single menu)

vehicle customization:
- words on the bottom all have the character "-" before them, i think its a bug
- the color choosing is a good idea but its a bit hard to choose between cans
- symmetry is a good option, but i would like to see much more, like a "middle" option, able to rotate and change size of images without applying it (- which also makes the image go back to default), helping the player wtih a "rotate 90 degrees", for the side of the car, the options are unlimited
-just a simple example: i wanted to make a line/strip in the middle of the car, first it needs to be middle, then trying to increase its size i had to make sure it doesnt rotate, and at the end, it still looked bad, because the way the game applies the image is strange - the line was larger at the top of the car and smaller on the lower parts

-random idea: mabye add and lock colors and/or pictures, and let the players unlock these later in the game by achieving something, maybe some of these would give some small bonus too, (but the idea to allow the player to upload a totally custom image and the one i explained might ruin each other)

map
Needs a bit of rework, either at least add a zoom out option and make the map nicer, because the ui hides the whole thing, or delete it all and just make a list, and the missions more transparent - requirements and stuff.


COMBAT:

Too much main weapon vertical aim assist (it would be okay for controller), not enough secondary weapon aim assist (like where a rocket or barrel will go, a few simple lines next to the cursor is not enough).

Grapple system
At first it looked overpowered, then when i realised you have to damage enemies, it made sense, then it felt bad again - no realism at all: your car and the enemy's car drives itself!!?? In you own car it can be explained by technology (you have drones and stuff), but what about the enemy? you go into an enemy car, and when you come out it goes back to attacking you like nothing happened.
I think this either needs explanation - like all the cars are ai robots (i didnt see other humans) - or a whole rework.

enemy ai:
Not that bad, they try to avoid obstacles, but also they can stuck in them, and more importantly: they dont give a f about others, most of the time the enemy does more damage to itself with scondary weapons than i can.
Also, they dont attack until you attack - dont know if its intended or a bug.

shooting after reload:
If you hold down the shoot button, and the weapon reloads, it wont start shooting, you have to press the shoot again - in a game where ammo is unlimited this doesnt make sense.

boring farming, difficulty optimisation:
This is a playtest so i am sure this will be reworked, but here are my thoughts:
i found myself farming the first missions, because later missions can be hard, even on easy mode.
-then the complete opposite: if you farmed enough money for the door breaker, or other op items, you can grapple the end boss and kill everyone easily.
Also, the upgrades all cost around the same, it feels like there is no idea behind it, like what is stronger, or when something should be unlocked

shipping delay:
Found it very unnecessary and annoying.

night mission:
Good idea, but looks really bad, and i understand the need for restrictions of the map: you could not see a single car in this darkness if the map would be open like the others - needs a lighting rework.

missions and story:
I get it, its like other games, everyone just going in one direction, but when you put this into a 3d world it felt weird for me, random endless empty world with a few repetitive very out of place and annoying obstacles. I know the story will come later, so i might not feel so aimless, if i have a goal, but it might not help this mission style and how the enemy ai behaves - for me this is the biggest problem with the game so far, everything else is easily fixed and can be improved, but this is the core gameplay mechanic.

other bugs:
-an invisible wall stopped me, then i realised it was a sawblade in the air (a secondary weapon's ammo stayed in the air)
-i think you can grapple into a destroyed car if you time it right
-at the beginning of a mission, your vehicle can spawn on top of an obstacle and you cant move - happened with me on the map where there are bridges
-the hatch just goes trough the character if you stand there when pressing the button

closing thoughts:
A combination of good games might still end up being bad, but with some rework and good story this might become something decent, wishing you good luck with the developement and i am looking forward to the finished game.

Also forgot how out of place the character is: here is this mad max apocalypse world, everyone drives cars made out of junk, then we come from the air out of an airship, with drone, flying wingsuit, grapple, AIRSTRIKES and so on, and all i could think of the whole time:
"Are we the baddies?"
Hope this will get some backstory, even if we are the bad guys, at least give it some context and make it work with the world.

For the backstory, yes, the game will have a lot of story to it! We are currently trying to see who we will have writing it!
