As for Bionic Icons being broken with Faster Game Loading? Yep, that was the culprit.

Reivers ARE part of Vanguard. The problem is that they came out in 9th ed with the initial primaris marines units line up before they were properly expanded on later on and vanguard lore was written. Reivers are not part of combat or reserve companies, unless you are talking about Space Wolves or something who have everything in every company. Thy are Vanguard Marines. Generaly speaking everything wearing phobos armor is vanguard, unless it is some weird captain like Acheran.
Also the ingame class Vanguard is clearly using armor parts and weapons not just from Reivers, but also Incurssors and Infiltrators making it some really weird bastard of a marine.
And the most weird part is class icon - paired combat knifes, trademark of Incurssors. But we have no such weapon in the game. Duh.

The recoil control is at about one-third of its potential. The most significant issue is the diagonal recoil pattern. While it's somewhat manageable with a compensator, it became completely unplayable after I recently equipped the newly unlocked suppressor.
The key and more powerful attachment upgrades unlock at level 20 and above. That requires 289,000 XP, which seems like an impossibly distant goal.
I haven't tested all attachments in detail, but when I periodically switch to a character in combat, it only lasts for a couple of minutes before I switch back to bird's-eye view mode, and I don't really have much desire to return.

Due note suppressors only do a slight boost to recoil control, like very slight. just cause i don't want them to be tooo OP

You are confused.

First off, you can't toggle something like a MUX switch via power profiles inside Windows. Secondly, some laptops activate different TDPs via those software that you can't access in Windows.

You lack knowlege.

The "MUX switch" is nothing but a flag to only use the dedicated GPU. You can do that in the BIOS, in the graphics settings (Nvidia control panel, or AMD Adrenalin), and even in Windows by deactivating the IGPU and setting the dedicated display adapter as default.

Or "like in the old days", simply use an external monitor that will always and only connect to the dedicated GPU (if available). Making the whole thing useless anyway.
