huh?? i've been breaching fobs with a LOT of staff marked as being inside and i've never seen even one on that list that wasn't a security guard i stole. i'm not getting caught, beelining it straight to the core, am i doing it wrong?

This fully false. Steam themselves have pulled games down that could and would damage hardware. Any piece of software can cause issues and even brick systems. PC's are shockingly fragile when it comes to code. Less people forget a guy got banned in a game for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ atomic change to his PC due a sun flare. Yes that actually happened and has happened a few times. Something so insanely rare is all it takes to ruin a PC. Now imagine you are doing something major like bios editing or file converisons which come with scarier risks that are DOCUMENTED EVEN BY MICROSOFT

Facts are this game lost millions in the first few weeks and the modding community is nothing like past Beth games because Beth managed to drive everyone away with their buggy empty woke trash. They drove the modders away with their greedy monetization of mods.

Wow Mick. Let me clue ya in here. Not everyone likes Space games. I would also point out, this is a First for beth.... a company famous for fantasy games, and to a lesser extent, post-apoc games. So, it shouldn't really come as a surprise that the game doesn't have as wide of appeal as those two categories.....

And the modding scene is doing just fine. Even on beths creations site.

From a logical perspective, reputation and alignment have nothing to do with each other.
From a gameplay standpoint, reputation is a mechanical parameter for a Bhaalspawn, unrelated to alignment or overall behavior, and tied only to specific actions taken by any of the party members. It’s not a symmetrical parameter, so even the different scales for neutral characters should be interpreted in that light.

Neutral characters, both from a role-playing and a mechanical perspective, fit perfectly well. And we should also remember that alignment has two components — by the same reasoning, lawful and chaotic characters shouldn’t be together either.
Fantasy literature is full of mixed groups. Ad nothing prevent to do the same in this game. This insistence on having a party made up solely of evil characters feels a bit inflexible.

blah blah end of the day you can have 20 rep and play the game perfectly well, yet have 5 rep and can't buy/sell items, can't enter towns without being attacked by guards/enforcers and basically the game becomes unplayable. Conclusion: evil alignment was put in as an afterthought.

Also, Gorion's ward has never shown any evil intentions i.e. torturing frogs or throwing puppies off cliffss (otherwise Gorion would've mentioned it), so a bit out of the realms of reality to think he becomes a psycho as soon as he leaves Candlekeep.
