That's kind of another point that makes this idea weird and difficult to do in practice - loadouts don't currently give the options to have different perks for each loadout so it could be a pain if you like to use a bunch of perks on one loadout that won't work on another one.

There is nothing difficult nor weird about it, and it works on all heavy loadouts as it practically turns your legs in to a melee weapon, by making you actually deal damage with your marching stomp spam.

I was talking about giving the heavy access to melee weapons. At this point in the game you probably couldn't balance out his melee perks stacking with actual melee weapons, it could get stupidly overpowered and heavy is already the best class in the game. So they probably wouldn't be allowed to count with melee weapons if they did this.

To be fair, yes the game is very unpolished but that means the devs might actually care about feedback on game mechanics because it's still early days and things are still subject to change.

If the EA was released in a much more advanced stage I would have considered it a nostalgia fuelled cash grab.

Honest question: where's the unpolished-ness? Incomplete content wise, sure. But what we got seems quite polished to me. After to runs, in the middle of a third, the only aspect of being unpolished is the display of quest items in your inventory which is a bit glitchy. Other than that (and performance hiccups) what is there seems quite polished. I've yet to encounter any noticeable bugs. They even thought of different dialogue lines depending on whether you did things before or after you talk to some npcs.

just make 3-4-5-6 10 canteens if you want.. and 20 dew collectors.. nothing stop you from creating infinit water and storing it.. its just not automated
how are you running out of water for real. i made 2 dew collectors and im drowning on medium.
for sure we could use a canteen+ asap, its sad we get some very endgame grounded 1 things but not the canteen "from first chip".

They never stated that they were running out, they just question the functionality of the system which in itself is a fair argument, if we all agree at the end of the day: different story.

No, infantry runs way too fast! Not realistic. Too many choke points in maps.

Seeing so many people get so royally butt hurt the ONE GUY isnt mass putting out updates. sorry ONE GUY has to take some extra time to make the game playable. Assuming hes "taking money and leaving" is such bs. Making a game by yourself fully is stressful enough without jerks breathing down your neck. If your so mad go make your own game from scratch and make it 100x better. Oh wait, most people cant do that.
Get off his neck and go find another gane to play until update it out.
Being rude to him isnt going to speed things up. Sometimes it even makes creators stop from the mass hate storms.
