Thats what devs did in SF. IE you can only find "abandonned mining platform" on ice biomes, or "deserted freestar garrison" on tall hills/mountains.

Tell me if there is a way to reset the "memory" of the staff, because of which their morale falls more and more over time. Because I think it's crazy that throughout their entire lives and even with the arrival of new employees they will have this "debuff" for low morale.
