If your former employer has information you think is relevant to the case and refuses to give it to you here's what you don't do. You don't just steal it, thus making the stolen evidence inadmissible in many juristictions. Instead you file a motion for discovery which the judge may or may not grant depending on how relvant it is to the case, forcing the other side to hand over the relevant evidence.

Super weird how you assert I have no understand of discovery, when that is exactly what I've been discussing this whole thread.

It is not about ADP but Agility which is primary raised by ADP and to a lesser extent, attunement.

Early on, you will want at least 92 AGL so your I-frames are okay.
Some Classes have only 85AGL at start and that is much less frames.

96AGL is for DS1 rolls.
105AGL for DS3,ER rolls.

In order to I-frame through certain attacks you will need some ADP.

Eg. Fume Knight fireball you likely do not have enough I-frames to roll through with just 85AGL.

You can respec in this game and you lvl much, much faster in DS2 then in 1 or 3.

If you do all content on NG, you can likely reach level 200.

I just set it to 15 minutes when I was creating my character.

This crap is completely pointless, as you can't even get kills with it! But typical of Bungie, they're sadists!
