I bought the game on steam some time ago, already have the Steam account linked to a Ubisoft Connect account. When I try to launch the game on Steam it is stuck on Running install script() and when I launch it with the Ubisoft Connect app already started the game simply launches and then closes, also the game does not appear on my Ubisoft Library.

Prior to upgrading my PC in May, I DID run it on an HDD. Some of the cutscenes were out of sync with the audio, but for the most part they could play fine. It's just that you have to deal with invisible enemies if you use an HDD because its reading and writing speed is too slow.

It's the reason why the Dark Ages was clear you cannot play it AT ALL with an HDD, because then all the enemies in the game would be invisible, able to hurt you at will while you can't hurt them at all because your HDD isn't fast enough.
