Thank you. The game is in great shape right now

First off , love the game !
finished the first run at level 22 and want to grind a bit , had the + level mobs to +5 and it looks like that works but the other option seem to do nothing . Spend a bunch of gold to set all enemy's to my level in previous areas but when i port back to the first areas they are lvl 11 still .
Anyone has the same problem or do i miss something ?

I like, how clowns are insisting, that OP can NOT have a better experience, than these clowns had.
It's like, "you can't have fun here! stop having fun!".
