Please check if you have in your Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4 has an EP19 folder. If this not the case EA APP installed your game not correctly. In this case please check if EA APP installed your DLC in another folder.

This could happen if you had Sims 4 already installed via EA APP and then installed Sims 4 again on Steam. In this case you need to uninstall Sims 4 from EA APP + Steam and ONLY install it via Steam. EA APP will after this process install all your DLC which you own directly there in the right folder, sometimes you need to push this process manually. Open EA APP go to Sims 4 -> manage Add-ons and push download.

So I have come across this bug multiple times. A few solutions, hitting the T button as the Developer stated sometimes works. IF HOWEVER that does not work for you. Go back to base and interact with the pet buildings, it should show up in there and let you start to use it again.

This issue happened multiple times to me and friends, annoying as it is, but easily fixable in-game without much frustration.

I walk down the hill to the next street. The attack doesn't happen for some reason if you don't drive out of there. Well for me anyway. I've done this quest three times now, same results.

so the knight is probably a Holiday due to the antlers, and if Dess is not the knight she is probably dead. So maybe the knight isn't Dess and wants to make the roaring to revive her, as we see in chapter 4 people can be "revived" in dark fountains. Idk
