It does not make sense because there is no use for large movable container that can not be moved between Haga and DD. At least this is what for we all asked for the carrier cargo.

Must have finally built the hack.
Secure boot helps with identifying the hackers quicker from what I have heard.
Thing is you wont know if they been banned shortly after.

In your situation Lann is attacking the enemy. That's his pre combat action. All your other party members are moving so they're not using any attack actions. After Lann fires his arrow everyone rolls for initiative to start combat. Likely, Lann has the highest initiative in your party so he gets to act first after the initiative roll (actual combat) most of the time.

actually that is called the surprise round.... says it on one of the tutorials early on... think first time you engage turn based mode it pops up...

when you engage an enemy out of combat you trigger a surprise round..... where you only can either do a move or standard action but not both.... and the enemies are considered flat footed for that time

in case with ranged characters they can fire their weapon to start combat and on surprise round fire their weapon again since they dont need to move.... melee on the otherhand can only reposition with move or hope an enemy is nearby....

The Majority of gamers of this game is at North America like myself so it's not an issue finding games. Central Servers are busy during early mornings East Coast time. Then East Coast servers, of course from early afternoons till around midnight. It usually just take 30 secs and sometimes faster to connect. If it takes Longer than a minute, I'd restart & try again.

It's rude to just call something ugly ugly; you should find a nicer way to say it.
