I feel you. Me and wifey just started playing Conan Exiles again. Last time we played Battle Pass still existed. Were kinda surprised they removed it, there was always so many cool things inside for people to work towards. Would rather see a comeback of the BP, but a way to get the missing content would be a nice too, we both have content from it that the other doesn't have but would like to get.

It's a game. It's boring if nothing bad ever happens. The lows make the highs that much better. But I am sick to death of hearing weirdos speak about people being "harmed" in video games. I think you might be taking these complaints as something more serious than they are. It's not like people are alleging that a bad experience in a videogame is causing them actual real-world harm, or anything that would call their mental health into question. But whether or not you personally have had the worst possible experience with these games, some people will, and they're probably going to be upset about it.

To be honest, the thought of using the Admin tools wasn't really considered. I knew I could do it, but I simply started thinking about rebuilding, and as I did, I realized there were many benefits to doing so. First and foremost, that I was playing the game, where before, I had no reason to actually do so.

The Star Citizen anecdote is pointing out that the ability for something to go bad, makes the game more exciting. As I said, the lows make the highs better.

There's nothing wrong being upset that you lost. That somebody got the better of you. But what you do with that determines whether I will personally respect you or not. If you reecover yourself. Pick yourself up. Learn from what went wrong. Adapt and overcome, pushing on to do better, I respect that.

As for this game. We all want to see them make it better. It's true that what they gave us is not good PvP.

But that said, I will never stop cringing when people cloak themselves in victimhood over what happens in a game. I take them at their words. When they speak of being victimized, or harmed, that's very specific language. And it's not good. It points at mental illness.

If that's not what they mean, they should learn to express their thinking better. Maybe simply say, "I felt helpless in the game, and it didn't feel good. I wasn't enjoying my time in the game, so I don't see value in playing this game until I get a PvE option, because I simply don't enjoy PvP." That comes across as a lot more sane than describing one's self as a victim, or players being harmed.

I wonder how many players will leave after the CM. First batch left when they got screwed on the Kitasan banner. Second batch left probably after the Super Creek banner. Third batch soon.

It's an optional event, you're screwed if you decided you're screwed. Joining as F2P, you better put in more effort playing than the whales in order to win. What did you expect to see here? Different horses different skills? Meta will be meta. Mood is factor in prelims so f2p can have chance to win.
