Not all betas work the same. And it looks like they included some watered down ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ version of rush that is basically ruined. So im gonna pass on this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ if thats what Rush looks like.

Technical reason: This remaster uses the original software rendering from the original Doom + Doom II branch, which uses the same rendering as the original game. This software technique was pretty fast but generates this distorsion, present in the original Heretic and Hexen releases. Implementing this would essentially change how the game renders things, so more work into it. I don't know how the KEX engine works but apparently it's a layer on top of the original executable source code, so whatever.

I use the Carbine mainly as it's tough being a medic with an LMG, your forced to sit and wait rather than quick in and out. It's shocking the ammoutn of people who insta spawn as well, especially when they leave it until you're right on their body to revive.

The short term rating hit 45%, thats got to hurt sales? I know I dont touch games anywhere near that low. I certainly dont want to see the game tank, but TFP do need a wake up call and if they dont answer then they get what they deserve.
