I also pre-ordred IA at Xsolla, it was back in 2023 and I got my key just fine.
But here's the bummer, I'm an original TA/Supcom fan, played the hell out of the series - and it's the reason I got this game. I really just want this game, to live up to those... And soon please

It's a bit hidden. You first change difficulty to "custom" and then additional options appear, one of which is Easy Loot = yes/no.

It is unavailable if you are playing on Ultra Hard, but can be enabled/disabled any time you want on other difficulties.

If you want skip the ARG and go straight to the case you can follow these:

I've tried the chapter selection but it just lunches a video that repeat forever.
- long press the conversation bubble option bar or the space bar on the right side of the screen until the option bar is full to enter the next step
- After completing the stage dialogue and entering the static page, enter the settings interface and adjust the position of the slider button. Turn the "Music Volume" to the yellow handle, the "Sound Effect Volume" to the green handle, and the "Voice Volume" to the red handle. (the handles are in the background image on the setting page) In the pop-up chapter selection page, enter the new chapter "Hidden Chapter: The Flying Rope Case".
-After completing the stage dialogue, go to the main menu [My Collection] to enter the achievement list, find the green achievement "Coroner Apprentice ", click on it, and click two white colour chinese characters in the large image ten times to enter the final chapter to reason and solve the case.

looks like you need to lose all your data with a format, and a switch to GPT mode. if its there already. Turn on UEFI and by disabling CSM support and enabling SecureBoot.

You wont need to do all this crap again once it's done.

considering its been 7 years since the last good bf, and now we gotta wait even more to see if they actually make a game with all the features done before
