I tested this with friends no matter where I hid people would see my holo sights glint, Ive also been killed a few times by a sniper with holo sights that had a huge glint.

If you are getting slowdowns it might occur because of 2 things, one a bottleneck with your system (CPU limiting the GPU usage, that also depends in which resolution you are playing), and then CPU throttle (which is caused by high temperatures because the GPU and the game is asking more use of it).

You might download OpenHardwareMonitor which is free, download it and run the exe, let the game run in the background and play for a match, then close the game and check the temperatures (both, CPU and GPU, max temps) and CPU usage (if it is 100% or close to it, it is a bottleneck).
If it is temps, you could either undervolt (lower the Voltage by a little) the CPU or check if your CPU cooler (Air cooler or Watercooling) is not full of dust. You need to open the case of course, also check your GPU fans if you see dust in it, clean/remove the dust.

I assume a lot of it is because they don't know how to play their class well and aren't good at this game yet because it kind of tosses you in totally blind and it is chaos.

There is a mode with bots but it doesn't work well when you get a dozen players who are much better than the newbies joining the opposite bot team and racking up 40-50 kills each while the main team of newbies is floundering unorganized lol

EA is kind of setting themselves up to fail with this. They need to setup a proper boot camp.

Still, yeah the lack of revives/teamwork is pretty bad from what I've seen so far. I'm pretty sure the two games I ran as medic I revived more people in then every other revive I've received/seen others do, aside from me reviving, than all my games combined so far in the beta which is just nuts.

A lot of the players are also new to the battlefield title so most forget that they do have the ability to revive, place a spawn beacon, etc. I'm not too mad about it but it can get a little frustrating when a medic is right on top of you and still doesn't go for the revive.

I do agree having a short boot camp tutorial as well to get these newer players in a more understanding mindset of how the game works. I'm not a big fan of a game mode with only bots as well, it doesn't necessarily teach you the core fundamentals of the game but rather throws you into a fight with AI and no real learning opportunities.

If you have no mods and have done the classic verifying files/re-download, you just make a bug report to Ludeon and wait for them to fix it.
