"Lose 6 heroes during your turn."
When i got this achievement i had 6, so i had to kill them all.
At first i killed 1 hero with a pain ability, then in the same turn killed the other 5 with one ability, which killed the enemies too. And I DID NOT get the achievement. (won the fight)
Next fight i killed my 6 heroes in one go (they had all fewer health), leaving the enemies alive so i got the achievement.

There are three possible correction:
1 Give the achievement in any case, when during your turn 6 heroes dies. (death+revive+death should count as 2 deaths too)
2 Change the achievement text into "Lose 6 heroes during your turn AT ONCE."
IF the problem was that i made 1+5 deaths not 6 in one go.
3 Change the achievement text into "Lose 6 heroes AND LOSE THE FIGHT during your turn."
IF the problem was that i won the fight because i killed the enemies too.

"Lose 6 heroes during your turn." this is not true, and misleading. Should be corrected.

Traditionally silent hills are story, atmosphere, and puzzle driven, combat is kind of there.
