Legacy Collection, which contains 90% of the game's content and is very reasonably priced (especially during a sale). If purchased through Steam it'll automatically discount the bundle for the DLCs you already own from it (so you're not buying the same DLC twice). However, I would highly recommend purchasing the Legacy Collection through a site like Humble Bundle, as multiple people have reported that Humble's Steam keys are old enough to include delisted content (such as the Scarface Character Pack) that cannot be purchased on Steam anymore. Sadly this would mean you'd some duplicate DLCs, but still very much worth considering.

The entire UI is completely busted. Cant do anything at all

so this is a good start. If you can reproduce the behavior, I need the debug logging from my mod, which should walk through the logic as it occurs and we can determine where the fail is. You might need to enable debug mode in the game itself first, so you can see the logs (a small button on the top of the screen w/ debug mode on).

After that, enable debug logging in my mod's options. You should start seeings prints when this mods checks occur. If you can trigger the error at that point, we'll have the stacktrace embedded with the info from my mod showing (hopefully) where it was called.

I have enough ice here for a small personal igloo - I could make tons of ice cream! It's funny how often I feel misunderstood - maybe I was someone terrible in a past life. But I treat every situation as a mirror - one I can examine to better understand myself and others and to correct my mistakes.
