Playing on PC. I'm on year 2. I had some achievements pop up during play but now they are gone. I still have the egg festival, first chicken, and first harvest but I know I received the one for getting all the fish and getting hugged by the slime, as well as attending the other festivals while playing but I don't have them recorded. It is a very cute game!

type in the windows search field "reliability history" or "event viewer" and check if there are any critical errors while you played space marines 2 at that time. if a crash happened, windows will make an entry there with what happened. in the "event viewer" you can find all crashes under "windows-logs" and then "system". there must be an entry with a crash.

Found it. Windows classifies the crashes as "Application hang" (error id 1002), however the "Hang type" is "Unknown", and the only information it gives is "Program Warhammer 40000 Space Marine 2 - Retail.exe versión 9.0.0.1 stopped interacting with Windows and closed."

I went similar path.
First I used Ryzen 3400G with internal GPU.
Then I bought Radeon 6600XT, which gave enormous boost to all games.
Then I switched processor to Ryzen 5600, which other than some small numbers in some benchmarks, did nothing, or close to nothing for gaming experience.
My advice: don't change processor now. It will be waste of money.
If your PSU is of decent quality, don't change it now. You don't need more than 450W.
