We critics keep pointing to reviews and the many threads that pop up. But the "fans" can ONLY see personal opinions, then dismiss them, then add their own personal opinion and claim that's the only right opinion haha!!!!

So anyway, this disgusting woke piece of trash game failed and nothing the "fans" have posted on these boards brought back a single player. That's two long years of wasted time pushing a failed video game. That is a very sad story honestly.

This whole fiasco has got to be so embarrassing for Beth, a once strong and respected game studio, now it's literally scrapping the bottom of the barrel. If I were Todd I wouldn't want these "fans' defending my work because it's really not helping ..lol

Over and over again the facts are ignored on this board, but it really doesn't matter now because 2 years have went by and players are not coming back. Every project from this studio recently has met with disaster, I expect the same with ES6 and its a shame.

I'm mostly used to the Sensor Station by now, but it still feels a little bit clumsy and inefficient if you ask me. I expect they'll probably re-address the entire thing at some point.

One of the problems I see, is the Sensor Station is for both "scientific/explorative" scanning and navigation, with navigation feeling almost like a bit of an afterthought. That said, there is a bit of cleverness having the capability of passing information from one station to another.

When you start trying to plot courses, looking for a route that brings you by systems to get fuel so you can actually make it to your destination (which I suspect is going to be very important) without ending up dead in space, we're going to need a lot more flexibility, and probably a dedicated Navigation Station next to the Sensor Station to actually find and plot routes. Navigation and Sensor Stations are likely going to need to work very closely together to actually get anywhere.

I'm just spit-balling here. I have no idea what they're planning on doing. I just hope it is cool and isn't a grind trying to exploration and plot courses!

The main thing that stops me from sorting my inventory regularly is that it disorders the hotbar items.

Is this a mouse and keyboard thing? Do you not assign things to the hotbar, it's done automatically? Apologies for not understanding.

But with a controller, I just have a hotpouch that you bind things too and so obviously the order isn't changed by sorting... so I sort ALL the time, lol.

No one should be able to take away anyone else’s points. That’s essentially stealing money from people (as Steam points are accrued by spending money on games). The best thing you can do if someone’s being a troll is ignore, report if relevant, and block-don’t give them your points/jester.

To the OP: People posting off-topic about anything on any forum can be annoying, but there are plenty of subforms on Steam where on-topic positive LGBTQ+/POC posts (or posts complaining about being targeted in-game for their identity) get locked because one or two bigoted trolls decide to come in trying to derail the thread with bigoted comments. Instead of simply banning said trolls-the post gets locked (I assume) so the mods don’t have to do extra work-at the expense of silencing those who were having a civil on-topic conversation about minorities.

It’s a double-edged sword.

Because that would actually require they do something besides typing hateful comments about people they’ve decided are “the problem,” and also likely require some self-reflection about who they support/supported politically-it’s easier to just keep hating people you don’t understand then it is to admit you might’ve been wrong about something and attempt to do something to correct it.

Partly agree, trolls know that gender ideology is a hot topic that not everyone agrees. By posting multiple threads for the same thing is considered spam. If the moderators follow their own rules, then they would have removed multiple threads containing as such.

Personally it downright disrespectful to have a straight person sit there and see all those gender ideology threads on their page. It would be easier to merge those threads into one "mega thread" then all users can post in that specific thread. On a good day, average postings at least 10 of these threads on front page of various forums. The user has to block one by one which gets annoying when seeing those threads.
