The issue isn't cap per-say, the issue is in how the mechanic even works. Which was beaten to death during the demo period.

yes i hate framegen, yes i have to use it too, but in the end of the day the game runs.

and if u were expecting mh world 2.0 then ur just wrong here. if u expected the next MH titel, well u got it. and its not that bad.
there r some decision i think r stupid 2, but it fits into the game. if we get the endgame in nect titel update, this game is way better than base world.

and btw, if u experience stutters, check ur vram and or ur ram speeds. it may be just an unstable overclock of u ram. which was my problem too. turned down from 3600 to 3200 and all was fine

nah when they say the minimum is Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super with 6 GB of VRAM or AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT with 6 GB of VRAM and so then the game should be able to run at least a stable 30 fps but what really happened was that the game uses generative framse to give the illusion of getting that much frames. The fact that it doesnt run right out of the box tells everyone this is a red flag

remember they already had this sort of problem during wilds and for some reason they didnt learn and still fumbled the game on release but the difference here this time they werent able to fix another capcom game using the same engine and is also open world and just left it to rot.

so u actually told me that u were just unable to read the specs. it litteraly says that u will get 30 fps with framegen on that rig. so whats ur point period?

Если нарушение небольшой тяжести, то нет.

Если, обнаружена "профессиональная" запрещенная деятельность, то вполне могут заблокировать.
Например, за массовую скупку аккаунтов, использование украденных банковских карт и т. д.

Наглядный пример, блокировка аккаунтов Дени. Такой работой занималась целая команда работников Steam. Ему заблокали несколько тысяч аккаунтов.
