SCA are pirates, not a true faction. They have no economy or faction logic for growth or expansion. SCA don't even build ships, they are all randomly spawned out of thin air. As such, "strengthening them" isn't possible.

Completing their terraforming mission makes them friendly toward you but not any other faction. So they will stop pirating your ships but they will continue pirating other factions. It also unlocks their reputation, so you can raise or lower your reputation with them now, potentially making them enemies again where they will start pirating your ships again. It does not make SCA stronger or weaker. Any differences you might be feeling are unrelated.

If you're crashing in an unmodded game... We've found an issue with the toast manager that can happen if you exit back to the main menu or load a save a second time during a session. (It shouldn't occur if you start the game and start a new game or load a game, but never start a second game during the same session.)

There are two workarounds:
1. Restart Stellaris before loading a save or starting a new game, if you've already been in a game that session.
2. Turn off all Toasts in the message settings. (This is disruptive though, especially since we'll probably fix it next week.)

MP resyncs count as "reloads" though, so they might need to go with option 2.

If it's going to take you till next week to fix this issue were I was looking forward to playing Stellaris over the weekend I'm changing my review to negative. I'm sorry but this ain't it. The launch of 4.0 has been handle disastrously in my opinion and 4.1 and the next DLC need to be delayed till the game is in a functioning state which it currently is not for many players.

Because they are not pushing immediately a fix to solve this specific bug?
A bug that by the way is entirely reliant on player behaviour that is both impossible to test for beforehand and extremely easy to avoid with absolutely zero impact on your game (Such as, renaming the system “RES”, for example, or giving it a different name altogether “Resource depot”)?

In summary you just have no situational awareness. Not 100% positive but I'm pretty sure the SPEAR one shots them from any angle. Just fyi. Also use cover and you won't get ragdolled by the cannons so much, honestly should be instinctual at this point fighting the bots.

also hollow knight has been one of the most succesfull indie games out there, and the sequel to it that has been waited on for nearly 8 years finally released ofc a bunch will play it lol

You're not allowed to name and shame anyone. I have always made it clear I want to see videos with names blurred. These videos don't get removed, and the posters don't get banned. The idea that you'll get banned for posting a video with a blurred name is an excuse people use to avoid having to actually back up their cheating claims.

Again, how are you gna effectively video ESP on anyone but the most brain dead and obvious people?....

I finished Under Attack on Legend with Enemy Scaling off with 11 turns left, i didn't think it was even possible because i usually farm the enemy budget for experience, but since i had defeated the northeast army and southeast army (north force comprised of berserkers wolfhounds and lynnare spears with ambush boots, the rest went south) i said to myself...will i allow the macBros to take cities? DENIED!!! and i just vaporized them...

I'm not sure i want to trade experience for gold, but i can just put more boredom into heart of the spire and farm some experience there from the transmuter

i play with a "i dont even know if this is legal to sell" kind of controller, it prevents me from tilting the left stick all the way and 2 buttons get stuck pressed and i have to do magic to make it get picked by the pc, but until it dies i dont need another.

so you have to adapt, overcome, you have to... survive
